Diverse Marketing Campaign – A few years back, I was part of a project team in a corporate setting where we were tasked with creating a marketing campaign targeting a diverse audience. The team was made up of individuals from various cultural backgrounds, which initially seemed like a strength. However, as we delved deeper into the project, tensions began to surface due to differing opinions on how to approach cultural sensitivities.
One particular issue arose when discussing the portrayal of gender roles in the campaign. Some team members argued for a traditional depiction, citing cultural norms, while others advocated for a more progressive representation to challenge stereotypes.
